Our CF101 program delivers a responsible and individualized introduction to the MECHANICS of CrossFit.

After 3 classes you'll have the confidence to train in our group classes!


CrossFit 101 Adult

Get in the Gym with our Goal Setting + Body Composition Session as well as (3) CrossFIt 101 Personal Training Classes. 


This will get you Ready for our AWESOME & Unlimited Group Training Classes Led by our Talented Staff and Backed by a PROVEN Program. 


You Will also Have a Dedicated Coach Checking in with You Along the Way to Make the Journey Straight-Forward, Reliable & Simple.


CrossFit 101
+ Barbell Mechanics

Complete (7) Sessions with a Personal Trainer. (3) of the Sessions will be Identical to CF101 and we will Alternate (4) Barbell Specific Sessions into the Mix to Improve your Comfort with the Barbell.


CrossFit 102

This is a Dedicated CrossFit Class Available after CF101 that Provides a Small Group Setting.
