I discovered CrossFit Future when my daughter joined the gymnastics team next door. The gym next to CrossFit (FutureX) offered my daughter group training sessions to complement her gymnastics training. I love that she is learning weight training and learning the proper form. I started to get to know the coaches and decided to try CrossFit myself. It always looked intimidating to me because I can’t even do a pull up. But the coaches were amazing and I took the introductory 3 personal training sessions so I could learn the proper form and technique. Even when I started the group classes the coaches are right there guiding me. There are always scaling options which are modifications for any of the exercises. There are a variety of class times offered throughout the day and the workouts are different every day so it never gets boring. My husband joined too and we both love it. The entire Future campus has something for everyone and the people there make it a special place too.
